How can I add or remove a client user?

A client user is someone who has access to view or order background checks on the Verifile client portal.


Adding a user

For ease, you can download and open the enclosed email message template 'Add a new user to client account'. Complete the template and send.


Or, copy the below template and send the completed template to service@verifile.co.uk from your work email address.


Full name of requester: 

Account Name:

Subaccount (if appliable):

Full Name of User to be added:

Email Address:

Telephone Number: 

If applicable:

Any specific permissions/restrictions to be applied to user


Removing a user

For ease, you can download and open the enclosed email message template 'Remove a user from client account'. Complete the template and send.


Or, please email service@verifile.co.uk and ask for the user to be removed. Please include the Full Name of the user and advise which other user we should move the orders over to - please note we cannot remove a user without this.


Please note that only people who are already set up as registered users on the Verifile client portal can add/remove other users.
