How do I add missing information to a check?

If you'd like to provide additional information required for your candidates' checks, you can discuss this via our Live Chat service or call the Client Services Team on +44 (0) 1234 339 350 and communicate the information to a specialist.


They will add it directly to the relevant order or check and, if relevant, update the status of the check accordingly.

Alternatively, the client can email the information to our Client Services Team inbox: service@verifile.co.uk.


Please note that the specialist will only accept information from active users of the client account.


We define an active user as someone from that client company who can log in to the Verifile system.
