How to access Client Live Chat (WebChat)

In order to make us more accessible to you, we have a live chat function which allows you to reach out to real members of the Client Services Team to answer your queries and questions and make quick, actionable amendments to your orders. 



The live chat function is available to you the moment you sign into your client portal account. 


Please ensure your Pop-ups are enabled on your PC to use this feature.



The chat box will be in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and look like this:




Click on the box that says "Chat" and you'll then be able to use the Live Chat feature.



This chat function will be available to you across the platform, as you work to review your orders.


Each chat will begin with a few basic, preset questions that will help to determine if/when you need to be put through to one of the team directly for assistance. 


Please note the opening times displayed in the Chat window.

We will be unable to answer queries outside of those times.
