Most checks will be allocated to a traffic light once completed.
The traffic light is relevant to the outcome of the final result of the check.
Can the Traffic light be changed?
If a client does not agree with traffic light, and explains why they do not agree with the allocated traffic light, we will investigate and confirm whether we can amend the traffic light.
1. Contact the Client Services Team via Live Chat, email service@verifile.co.uk or call +44 (0) 1234 339 350 with your request to change the traffic light and tell us the reason.
2. One of our colleagues will get in touch to confirm how we will proceed.
3. Once we have investigated, we will provide an update via your preferred contact method.
