What are Verifile’s Quality Control procedures?

Verifile has embedded quality assurance throughout its entire screening process (e.g. after checking the order, dispatching reference requests, and on receipt of information supplied by referees).

We undertake the final quality assurance on orders once we have received all references prior to the final report being issued.

We randomly check orders to ensure they meet the defined standards in line with your (Standard Service Offering) SSO document.

We undertake quality assurance within 1 business day of the last check being completed.

Should any additional work be required on a report prior to despatch, we will normally complete this within 1 to 2 working days of quality assurance. This extra time lets us receive further employer responses, but we often complete this work much faster.

You will receive an email notification (if selected in your email preferences) to confirm that the report is ready to collect as soon as the report has passed quality assurance.

If Verifile receives a reference or any new information after the report is available to you, Verifile will add this information to the report and send another email notification about the updated report.
