The order is cancelled before the candidate has completed the online screening form, but after the courtesy call has been made. If the service level selected includes this option. | Enhanced Service Charge + Full cost for Digital Check if submitted. |
The order is cancelled after the order has been submitted to Verifile. | Full charge of order applies. |
