You can proceed through Route 1 again if it initially fails.
Note: DBS check failed Route 1 because of the required documents not being provided or if the document provided was incorrect.
Before Route 2 starts you can contact us via email at service@verifile.co.uk with the correct Route 1 documents.
Once received, it will be added to the order and processed as normal. If all goes well, the application will be sent to the DBS to be processed. If not, we will then require Route 2 or 3 documents.
Note: Alternatively, you may upload the new Route 1 documents to the portal and call us on +44 (0) 1234 339 350 to advise it has been provided. Once received, we will ensure the order is updated and sent to the relevant team to be processed.
