Can we request that our candidate's DBS certificates are sent to the employer's business address instead of the candidate's home address?

This article confirms whether you can request that your candidate's DBS certificate be sent to your business address.

When filling out the background screening form to complete a DBS application, candidates are given the option of whether they would like to receive a paper copy of their DBS certificate.

Note: This is only an option for 'Basic' applications (Criminal record check (Basic DBS, England & Wales).

However, suppose youwish to receive paper copies of your candidate's certificates at your business address, then a registered user on your Verifile Company Account will need to contact your Verifile Account Manager.

If you have placed an order for a Criminal record check (Standard DBS, England & Wales) or Criminal record check (Enhanced DBS, England & Wales), candidates will not be given the option to select if they wish to receive a paper certificate, as paper certificates will automatically be sent to their current home address.
