There are two ways to change/add a candidate's middle name.
1. To amend a candidate's middle name once the order has been placed, this can only be actioned by Verifile directly.
Whether it's updating the candidate's name to their full current legal name or even just amending their middle name(s) etc., you will need to call or contact us via email.

However, as the client, you can fully cancel a candidate's order if you wish to create a new one with the correct name provided.
2. Alternatively, once you have placed a candidate entry order and realise that you need to add the middle name of the candidate, your candidate will be able to amend this.
They can do so by using the login details received in the welcome email and login to the Verifile Candidate Portal and amend their name whilst submitting their Background Screening form, which will update on the Verifile Client Portal.
